Jose Bautista is not expected to play for the Dominican Republic, according to Blue Jays GM Alex Anthopolus as of Jan. 5th “Right now, the thought is that he won’t play.”
Edwin Encarnacion is also a candidate to play for the Dominican, according to a tweet by Blue Jays reporter Gregor Chisholm. While Anthopolus doesn’t expect Melky Cabrera to be asked to participate.

Adam Loewen signed a minor league contract with the Blue Jays and will play in Team Canada’s outfield.
R.A. Dickey will pitch for Team USA.
Update: Jan. 15, 2013
Edwin Encarnacion will play for the Dominican along with Reyes and J.P. Arencibia confirmed for the United States.

Melky Cabrera and Esmil Rogers are both listed as players on the Dominican roster. Looks like the Jays have a huge representation at the Classic this year.
