The Toronto Blue Jays have decided not to tender contracts, by last night’s 11:59 PM, MLB deadline, to recently acquired OFs Andy Dirks and John Mayberry Jr. and 1B/DH Justin Smoak. Interestingly this leaves only three outfielders on the Blue Jays’ entire 40 man roster.
