Five Toronto defenders have been announced as finalists in this years edition of the Gold Glove Awards.

Blue Jays left-fielder Daulton Varsho, centre-fielder Kevin Kiermaier, pitcher Jose Berrios, catcher Alejandro Kirk and third baseman Matt Chapman were named finalists for Gold Glove Awards on Wednesday.

Chapman and Kiermaier are both 3-time Gold Glove winners, while the rest are looking to earn the defensive honour for the first time.

The winners will be named November 5th.
